    Dear customer,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.
    1. please check if you have login your onyx account on your device. You could find it on "Settings" → "Account Management" → "OYNX Account"

    2. After you have log in, you could find all pushed documents on your device "Settings" → "Account Management" → "ONYX Account (Support all Sync and push functions)" → "push" →  on the top click "push"

    3. For push document to the device, you could also use computer and go to the website  https://push.boox.com. You could login your Onyx account there and push documents.
