Boox Assistant Not Pushing
As of this morning, my BOOX assistant app is no longer working for some reason. After I push an article it says it went through and then when I go to my files under the push folder nothing is there. The app has been working fine for me for weeks until now. I also tried using the app on my iPhone as well along with going to push.boox.com. Nothing seems to be actually pushing through. I already tried restarting the device also. This is on my nova three.

1. please check if you have login your onyx account on your device. You could find it on "Settings" → "Account Management" → "OYNX Account"
2. After you have log in, you could find all pushed documents on your device "Settings" → "Account Management" → "ONYX Account (Support all Sync and push functions)" → "push" → on the top click "push"3. For push document to the device, you could also use computer and go to the website https://push.boox.com. You could login your Onyx account there and push documents.
