    No. Unfortunately your software department sent me away. It is unresolved. It appears I wasted my investment. Can I reset the device?

    My Nova3 just locked out of the blue for no reason at all.  This is terrifying if I've lost half a year's worth of work for no reason whatsoever.

    Have submitted a help request but I bought it (new/unopened) off a 3rd party on ebay.  

    I need this for my exams in a week's time!  Onyx, why did this happen and how can we get these unlocked?

    Same here. Anybody knows why the devices get locked and who is locking them? Anybody knows how they can be unlocked? I tried resetting to factory defaults and now the device has lost internet connection.

    My Nova2 was also randomly locked today "for security reasons," essentially bricking a several hundred dollar device for no conceivable reason. And Booxshop Service the link you sent provides no way at all to contact the software department. Why is your company doing this?
