"Rendering Notes" Bug

Hi, when I open a note pad and begin writing. I get a message box saying "Rendering Notes".

This does not disappear and makes it impossible to use the notepad. 

I can go back into the menu, which functions like normal, but whenever I try to use the note pad, this error prevents me from taking notes.

  I agree with the earlier poster here. I got the exact same issue as well. It did not occur until I upgraded my Boox Note 2 recently to firmware version 2021-04-07_11-08_3.1_3d92758 using Android version 9.

  hello

  the previous issues mentioned are 7 and 9 monthes ago. Today in May 22 this bug is still not solved!  I got exactly the same on a brand new boox max lumi. 

  Hey guys at ONYX, when are you comfotable enough to work on that??

  In this case, please check if the firmware version of your device is the latest. You could find this via "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for updates". If it shows a new update, then please update the firmware and check if the problem persisted.

  However, if the problem persisted, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device.   I'm surprised, the same thing happens to me with my go 10.3, it's impossible to work like this, every time I zoom in on a sketch it takes a long time because it puts that legend over and over again.
