Note Air - Bluetooth Won't Stay Connected
I have paired the Note Air with my laptop successfully, but it will not stay connected. When I switch on Bluetooth the laptop shows as a paired device and as an available device. I click on the laptop name and it starts to "blink" and its status changes to "Connected Device", but it keeps blinking and then reverts back to a Paired Device. I have tried removing it (forgetting) on my Note Air. I have also removed the Note Air from my laptop and then re-paired the two devices, but the problem persists.
This is yet another "bug" with this Note Air that is quickly turning me off this device. I have had it about 30 days now and so far I have had to factory reset it once because the highlighter function wouldn't work, the "AI" activates at random (even with it removed from the menu. I have to restart the Note Air to be able to use notes when this happens), the AI function's quality is variable sometimes throwing up huge letters mixed with smaller ones, and I can't create folders to sort documents transferred by Bluetooth (when it works). Storage says the folder is there, but when you go into the Bluetooth folder (for example) all of the documents are listed without folders. Maybe I just have a faulty device - not a great experience so far.
