Neo Reader v3.0 - Nova 3 - Table of content links issue from EPUB book

Hi everyone,

I'm using my Onyx Boox Nova 3 (black & white, not the color one). I'm making my own epub books with Calibre software (from docx files).
All my epub books work fine, but only one doesn't work well dealing with its table of content links : only few chapters links work, the others don't even respond at all.
I don't think the issue comes from my epub book because it works like a charm with other readers available on the Play Store.
I know this specific epub book contains a big table of content (more ore less 250 links in chapters and sub-chapters), maybe it leads to some bugs?.

What could I do ?

  Got an answer from the support. Just had to disable the V2 engine in the reader "other options".
  Now it works well, thank you :)
