When my Windows OS uses the Extend mode to connect to Mira, the computer screen responds when I touch the Mira screen.

  This is the default setting of Windows OS, which is the touch response is on the main screen by default. The touch response area can be set in the System settings. Please follow the steps as follows:
  

   

  Windows10: Settings > Search [Stylus Calibration and touch input screen] > Display > Configuration > Settings, then follow the instruction to set the touch screen.
  

   

  Windows7: Settings > Search [Tablet PC Settings] > Configure pen and display touch, then Follow the instruction to set the touch screen.
