Pen cracked - boox nova air

I was totally in love with my boox nova air. But today I noticed a disturbing thing. Maybe it can be this way since it has arrived, but I just noticed today. My pen is cracked! I have never ever let it fall, and it is cracked. And I have had my device for only a fortnight. How frail will it be? I am really upset.

I don't have a pen fixed nor changed. Only bla bla bla.

And I don't have a device working in only two months of usage...
