push boox notes blank but syncing complete
Sync up to date and thumbnails/titles showing correctly, but note contents appear blank. I can retrieve OK via QR code share link.

Solution: At the head section of the webpage change the Notes setting to "old". Your notes will be displayed correctly.

I am still having this problem.
If I switch the header to "old," there are no notes that appear at all in "Local Notes."
Can someone please help?

It seems like your notes are not fully synced to the onyx cloud. In this case, we suggest manually syncing your notes again and refreshing the page of the website. And please let us know if this could fix the issue.
To manually sync notes, you could click on the cloud icon at the top of the Notes page.
If the problem persisted, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please also tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. I have a similar problem. Onyx Boox Note Air 2 Plus. All of the thumbnails look correct in https://push.boox.com/#/notes/newNotes. (in a web browser on a PC) All of my notebooks that are only a single page look fine in the preview on the right. Notebooks that are multiple pages look correct the first time I go through each page in the preview. Then when I go back to look at the previous page in that notebook it's now blank. If I look at a multipage notebook a second time, all of the pages are blank. This seems to be a problem with the website, and not the synch process. I repeated this in Chrome and Edge browsers on multiple PC's, and also on Chrome on my Android phone. Same behavior on all browsers; multipage documents are visible the first time I look at them, and are blank the second time and ever after. Refreshing or restarting the browser does not help. Signing out and signing back in does not help. RESTARTING MY PC DOES NOT HELP. So now that I've opened this website on every browser on every computer I own, I can no longer look at ANY of my multipage documents on ANY of them.

I have this problem too. Anybody ever find an answer? I have tried the cloud refresh button. I tried submitting feedback with the icon on push.boox.com and received instructions for how to delete my account (!) Does the web interface for notes just not work?
