Floating toolbar in Note Air 2 cannot be retrieved after being hidden

I just got my new Note air 2 and have hidden the floating toolbar but realized it cannot be pulled back, however much I pulled from the edge. I searched the help community and it seems to be an old problem, but unfortunately hasn't been resolved in the latest release of product. Can someone help me pull my toolbar out?

  Did you find a solution?

  Same problem here. I cannot annotate PDFs anymore, making the tablet virtually useless for me.

  OK, I found a solution for the Air that works for the Air 2 too:

  Just tap in the middle of the display and you get a frame with a hamburger menu on the top right corner, click on such menu and inside there you can enable the floating toolbar back again.
