Poke 3 stuck at "Onyx" Logo while charging

#1 below should should at least force your device to restart, hopefully allowing it to boot fully.
http://www.onyxbooxusa.com/help/
1. Press the power button for 8-10 seconds to reset your device.
2. Or you can try to restore the factory default settings as following steps:
Switch off the device firstly, and then long press "back + power" buttons at the same time, enter into recovery mode. Now choose "wipe data factory reset – yes, delete all user data - reboot" to restore factory default. This will delete the personal data (such as reading history, applications, some personal setting) but won't delete files in storage.0 -
The Poke 3 doesn't have a back button...

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please charge the device for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please directly long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.
If still unable to turn on the device, please try to into recovery mode and reboot the system. You can follow the steps in the video below to enter recovery mode.
Many thanks for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Derek0
