No split screen on Go Color 7 (Gen II)?

Hello,

I would like to know why the Go Colour 7 (Gen II) doesn't have the split screen function. 
As a user of several Onyx Boox devices (Note Air and Nova Air 2), I find this function very useful. Although the Go Colour 7 screen is smaller, we could really benefit from this function for taking notes, translations, etc.
