Viking - unable to install google store apps and sd card is not available at startup

hello,

I have the Viking (the one with the 3 pin connector on the back), software version 2020-11-27_11-42_2.1.2_77f9f04 .

I have created tickets with the built in problem reporter but I got no email, no feedback, no nothing.

My issues :

1 : unable to install apps from google play , worked in august, now I am getting the "no connection" error , even if I can reach the app in the playstore.

2 : the SD card is not available at startup even if it is plugged in. I have to take it out and insert it again, and it's avaialble until next restart.

  glad I did not buy the nova 3, and my brother that wanted also the nova will not buy it either. also left reviews everywhere on your products.

  I just bought the Go 10.3.  Most unintuitive device ever.  Apps, except for one (Everand) don’t display a download or install button so I can’t install Kindle.  Tech support very slow and so far unhelpful.  I regret buying this product.
