Annotation sync

I would like my books as files on Onedrive. I want to read and make annotations on the Air 2 and be able to read them on my PC when I use the fractions with notes when I type on the split screen in word. I would use Drawboard and Xodo to read them.
Will new notes made in the two programs be automatically synced as read and further editable on Air 2?
Will Xodo as an app on Air 2 work in that environment instead of Neareader?
