Where are my notes?

I'm playing around with my new Note Air 2 but I have a serious issue: none of my notepads appear on push.boox.com. Sync is activated and the Boox says notepads are synchronized.

I have an empty "note" folder on the device as well.
I have also turned on Dropbox sync. It generates pdf files of the notepads, but they are mostly empty... just a few random strokes.

Where are my notes (apart from the Notes app on my device...)?

  The server of the website push.boox.com is based in the US. Therefore, please check if your device whether connected to the US server. You could check the server via "Settings" → "Server"
