All Notes/Folders Gone - Boox Air Note 2 - v3.2
Really need help here, all of my notes are just gone. I have been using my boox for about a month and it has all of my information needed for work. Follow ups / details on projects. I thought it backed up everything but I can't find an option to recover from backup. Really need a bit of help to get this information back ASAP.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.In this Note Air 2, the note will be bound with your Onyx account, which means your notes will be hidden when you log out of your onyx account on the device. Therefore, please login into your Onyx account on your device and check it is able to find the original notes.
If still unable to find the notes after you have logged in, you are suggested to submit bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.
