Syncing / sharing in-note taking

Hi everyone,

I need to do a lot of editing and reviewing work on documents, articles, books, etc. which I need to share between devices and/or with colleagues.

So I need to be able to share not only the notes that I've taken, but also the document itself so that I or colleagues can see where the notes actually refer to.

Is this even possible? For my day-to-day work, this is a crucial feature.
