Feature request: insert pdf on native note as sub-document
CONCEPT
Possibility to choose a pdf file and "insert it in the note", the file should work as a sub-document, a link would appear in the position of the page (as for the recordings) and clicking on it would open another note with the contents of the associated pdf file which for simplicity would be reported as images (I suppose from the point of view of programming it would be easier).
■ It would be useful if the link in question could be copied to other pages, in this case it would not associate the same file twice (this would cause storage and performance problems), but there would simply be another link to the associated file, so as to be able to access it from different pages.
■ It would be very useful if the link could "remember" the page of the document to which it was associated, that is, it would allow access to the same document from the same note but to different pages according to need. Alternatively would be beatiful if it could remember the last page, but i can understand this could be too difficult..
IMPLICATIONS
What described could be reached more easily with the combination of two more simple features, one for convert a pdf on note as descrived (imagine file), one for create hyperlink between more notes. This could work but could meet some limitations, for example if you delete the second note associated to the first note, and for some reason you restore it from the cloud than what will happen? the recovered note will still be associated to the document? Also if you lose the note than you cant recover it, for this reason would be better the the associated document would be a new part of the same previous note, I mean the same file. Obviously it is important that the file is removable.
□ I realize that such a function would require the introduction of hyperlinks first.
□ Would be necessary a digital button or back command to return fast to the previus document. This is very important for make it work well.
UTILITIES
■ Associate a source with a note.
■ Connect multiple notes together creating a real network of notes.
EXAMPLE
I know supernote team have reveled a similiar feature on they road map, i 'm with boox from 2-3 years and i prefer have faith on Onyx and see a similiar feature here. I associated some imagine of app that have this feature like Zoomnotes or Onenote, may be this can help you.

Dear customer,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We have also received suggestions from other customers about adding the feature of hyperlinks and inserting different types of files into a notepad. Our tech team is currently working on this and planning to add this feature in the couple next firmware updates. Many thanks again for your detailed suggestion.

Hello Boox, hello Alexander!
First of all congratulation on an amazing device! I just got my NOTE AIR 2 and I'm amazed at what this device achieves in terms of engineering and responsiveness. I don't fall in love with electronic gizmo easily but this is love from first sight!
At the same time I could not agree more with this request!
As an Engineer (with experience in product development) I recognize these two as badly missing features for easily creating didactic content:
1) As proposed, attach PDFs inside notes - The way how you can now attach an audio note is exactly the way how attaching a PDF to a note would make it so much more powerful. The PDF should open from inside the file into a full screen mode so that you can read it at ease. You should be able to easily go back to the note with a "back" swipe.
2) When reading PDF make it possible to add empty pages for own notes (!pretty please!). Once saved/exported the PDF should be readable on any device with the note pages visible as normal, vector PDF pages. (these days I need to emulate that by pushing PDFs with empty pages already in place, in anticipation where my notes will go, but this is a lot of extra work to achieve thugh.)
PS: I know there exists a dual-view mode so you can attach notes to a PDF but its its really neither handy for reading nor writing. This feature is so impractical as the linked file appears somewhere else in the file view and requires sorting into separate set of folders to tidy up all different notes from different files independently.
Thank you
Michal
