New Note Air 2 stuck on ONYX boot up screen

Cannot turn on or off.  Blue light on on power button.  This is only about the 3rd time turning device on - and now it is unresponsive.  Other posts suggest holding power and back button - where is the back button on a Note Air 2?  

Cannot use the device - Discouraged!
