WHERE can i find the backup/restore facility

Hi,

I have an Onyx/Nova3.

WHERE, ii.e. under what menu, can I find the Backup/Restore facility pls?

(I m going crazy after a firmware update)

  In NOTES / OPTION SETTINGS (from top right drop-down list)

  select "Backup and Restore" option

  be careful not to override data on the device coz it is not very clear what the icons do
