Note3-10.3 French user's guide AND wireless keyboard with turning bearing

I acquired one Note3-10.3: I would like to know if a French "User's guide " exist: I found only the title page an some indications  in French, then the 170 pages in English.    2. I acquired one Boox wireless keyboard  with "turning bearing" : Can I "turn" by hand OR is it necessary to press one electric command previously.  I thank in advance for help .
