Note Air 2 - Can't connect to Wifi

I got my Note Air 2 two days ago and I really like it.

The only drawback - i cannot connect to any wifi...neither at home, nor via hotspot by mobile nor at work...it says "connecting with..." and eventually either says "Disconnected" or just removes the device from the list.

Without wifi the Note Air 2 is no use for me although it seems to be a really good tablet. I hope someone can help me with my problem! Thanks in advance!
