Problem with the "Multitasking switcher" gesture

I have a problem when I do the "Multitasking switcher" gesture. Sometimes, the display does not refresh. The multitasking screen is active, but the display simply does not update.

For example, I am reading a book, and I want to take a note. I want to do the multitasking switcher gesture and choose the app for note-taking. However, when I do the gesture, I cannot see the multitasking screen. So what I do is to press at the top left part of the screen (that is where the latest used app is at the multitasking screen) to go back to the book I was reading. Then, once I am back, I do the gesture again hoping that this time the display will refresh.

  Hi Juan, we suggest you use the "Split View" function so that you can take a notepad and read the book at the same time.

  I have this same issue. Started after the upgrade to v3.2.2 on my boox note air 2. I want to be able to read a pdf in neoreader and take notes in the notebook, not as a pdf on the split view function. Is there any other solution?
