Feature request: disable volume buttons

Using the Boox Palma. When reading, aren't using the volume buttons for anything. And if I am listening to something (Audible, for example), I can use the soft sliders on the control drop-down.

So, it would be nice if I could just disable the hardware buttons, as sometimes I hit them when gripping the device, and the overlay is distracting. Something simple, like the options for the Smart Button is all that's required.
