Internal Storage suddenly blew up Note Air 3C
My Note Air 3C has suddenly jumped from 50% used internal storage to 99%. Earlier it was at 100% and would not connect to the internet but after deleting OneNote it freed up 1GB which was immediately eaten up leaving me with roughly 300MB of space to use. When I go to manage the storage and see what I can delete, it is completely empty. It seems that some hidden caches have completely bloated my device? This is most likely solvable via a factory reset however copying all my BOOX notes onto my Mac to save them has proven unfruitful since I used the multiple layers feature on the BOOX notes which, when converted to a PDF, get put onto a single page making them unreadable. Is there a way to (1) solve the storage issue or at least (2) to have Mac IOS able to read the .note BOOX files so that I can access all note layers individually? Thanks in advance!

Dear customer,
The .note file is for backing up the notebook. We are afraid that it is unable to open and see the note contents by using the .note file.Regarding the storage issue, you can set up an Onyx account and sync your notes to the Onyx account first. Then, you can reset your device. After you reset your device, you can log in to your Onyx account on your device again, and your notes will be restored automatically. Many thanks for your understanding.

Thanks for the reply! Do you know if syncing my notes to my Onyx account preserves the individual page layers or just one of them? If not, that's fine, I'll wait until I don't need the notes and then reset it. Thanks once again for your patience!

Dear customer,
When you sync a notebook to the Onyx account, it will sync all note data, including pages, layers, and templates.1
