Pen doesn’t fit
the included pen doesn’t match well with the tablet. The magnetic click on the tablet causes it to press against the physical buttons. This leads to problems—for example, when you are reading a book it keeps pressing the page-down button. How can this be resolved?

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.
This issue is due to your pen not attached to the correct spot on the device.
There is a mark on both the Pen 3 and the side of the Note Air 5 C to indicate the correct spot of magnets. When the marks are aligned, the pen will not touch the volume button.
