Boox Air 4C Notes blue colours not usable
Hi,
I have received a boox as a present and have been using it for a month.
I am generally happy with it except the fact that I cannot really use blue colors in the notes for consistent note taking.
When I select navy blue, I see it properly when I am writing, but on the first refresh the color of my navy blue written text changes to black.
Moreover, if I try to use grape color, the same think happens only that instead of black it changes to navy blue. How can I fix this? I would really like to take my notes in navy blue instead of black all the time.
Thank you.

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue could be related to the color mode of the Notes app. In this case, you could open a notebook from the Notes app > swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > EinkWise. Then, you can try to change the color mode and see if the problem can be fixed. -
Hi,
I tried the various options. Vivid works better than optimized but still the behavior persists. The colors are darker after the refresh than the ones from the newly written notes

Dear customer,
It is normal that the stroke will change a little bit after refreshing the screen. When writing on the page, the refresh mode will be in fast mode as it needs a faster refresh rate to render the initial stroke. Therefore, the display quality of the stroke is not the best in fast mode. Once you finish writing and tap the icons on the toolbar, the screen will refresh, and it will re-render the stroke to improve the display quality. Thus, it is normal that the stroke will be slightly different after refreshing the screen. It is not a bug or software issue.
