App downloaded from Google Play Store sometimes don't open

I bought a Note Air 5C, sw versioin 2025-12-05_14-39_4.1.2-rel_1205_da3fc7661 and I downloaded some apps from PlayStore. 

When I start-up the device, 50% of the times the apps don't open. I need to reboot it to get them working (sometime I need to do it twice).

Can you help me on that?
