Copy and paste don't work

After updating the Boox Note Air 4C, I wasn’t able to copy and paste between notes. I can copy the texte from a Page but when I try to paste to another, I have no option to do this. Its really annoying because this is why I use the product instead a conventional notebook.

  Dear customer,

  In this case, you could check if the long-press gesture is enabled. If not, please enable it. 

  
  After that, please try to use your finger to long-press the empty area of the page and check if it is possible to paste the notes. For your reference, please check the video at the link below:

  I want this exact method, but for Marquee Screenshot. It would be a killer feature, especially since I work in split screen mode all the time.
