Note Disappeared

I made a calendar the one day, the next day I switched off the my max note, I charged it and when I opened the note had disappeared

  Dear customer,
  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering if you mean the notes on calander memo disappear on the next day you turn on the device. If this is the case, it is normal. 

  If you made a note in Calendar Memo on Feb 12th, the notes will only appear when you select Feb 12th. If you select 13th, the notes on 12th will be hidden.
