    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering if you are referring to the "Talk Insights" in the Lab Features. If this is the case, you could update the firmware of your device to the latest version first. Then, you could try to go to Settings > Lab Features > Enable "Talk Insights".
