Please allow keyboard arrow keys to be selected in button settings.

Even in apps that don't support the volume buttons, you can still turn pages using the arrow keys on your keyboard.

  Dear customer,
  We are afraid that the BOOX device does not support configuring the arrow keys for the physical keyboards. However, we have forwarded your suggestions to the relevant department.

  In this case, you could try to press "Fn" + up or down arrow keys and see if it is possible turn pages.

  In many Japanese e-book apps and sites, you cannot turn pages using the "PgUp" and "PgDn" buttons. 
  You can turn pages using the left and right arrows.
