Note Air2 Google Docs

I have Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets installed. Whenever I'm in Google drive and view a doc or sheet, it views fine. But if I want to edit, I click the "Open in Docs/Sheets" button at the bottom and I get an error that says "Installation in progress. See notification for details."

What notification?  How do I fix this? Google Drive is the entire reason I bought the Boox Note Air2.
