    I'm sorry to reopen this request...
    I'm based in the EU (France).
    I can't connect to my account on euroshop.boox.com => email not recognized, and "forgot password" says "No account found with that email."

    I still can connect to "shop.boox.com" - being redirected to a shopify url.. but "No orders yet" on that account.


    I'd really like to order again on the same account, please help me to find my past order.
