Issues with Calendar Memos

Hi there,

Today I started my boox note 4c and all of my calendar memos I have ever written has disappeared. The app also seems to be glitching where I can write anything or easily change to another date. I have tried clearing the cache with no fixes to the issues.
I can't seem to uninstall and re install the app again either.

  Dear customer,
  When you select a date and write handwritten notes on the memo, the notes will associate with the date you select. When you change the selected date, the notes will be hidden. It will show up again when you select the date that has notes associated with it. For instance, when you select March 19th and take some notes on the memo, the notes will show when you select March 19th. If you select March 20, the notes that are associated with March 19th will be hidden.
