Bluetooth pedal
Hi all,
I have a Lumi 2 and it's worked great forever. But recently I've developed an issue
I use the device for reading pdfs of musical scores and I pair it with a Pageflip Firefly, which works fine until I engage with the screen (either touching it or using the stylus to write on the pdf). After that, the very next pedal press doesn't work, but then subsequent presses do work. It's almost like the first pedal press needs to exit out of the screen touch or handwriting mode. This does not happen when I'm navigating files/folders; it seems to happen in NeoReaderI have a feeling this might have something to do with the accidental page turn protection during handwriting. I searched everywhere in the settings (global and within neo reader) but I can't seem to find a place to adjust this.
Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks,
Rob

Dear customer,
We are afraid that there are no settings to fix this problem at the moment. In this case, we have forwarded your feedback to the relevant department and will do our best to improve the software of our device in the future. -
Thanks for the quick response. I hope you'll be able to fix this frustrating issue. I rely on the notating and page turning every day for my work.

Are you sure there is no way to address this given the current software? The new settings make the device entirely unreliable for the main reason that I use it. I need it to reliably turn pages when I'm on stage performing and to have any unreliability essentially makes it so that I can't have confidence in things working when I need them to. Can I install an older version of neo reader? Or revert to a previous version of the firmware?

(And for what it's worth, I though I had a Lumi 2, but it's actually the original Lumi)

Dear customer,
We are afraid that the Max Lumi does not support downgrading the firmware. However, we have informed our tech team to fix this issue as soon as we can. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.0
