I can't pass the security check in the mobile app, so I don't have to

When passing a security check, such as a captcha, when you need to swipe across the screen, an error with different codes falls all the time. The problem is only in the boox assistant application, I go through this captcha on the book without any problems and get into the account. Error codes: error:vfaw12, error:EV6Tb2, and so on.
