OneNote not downloading to Boox Note 5c
My OneNote has not been syncing for a week or so now. This morning I deleted it and tried to reload it back onto the Boox device. I get a blank screen with an almost-complete circle in the middle -- It’s not downloading. I have rebooted the device and I’ve checked for updates. Any advice? Thanks!

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device.After that, please go to "Settings" > "More Settings" > "Date and Time" > turn off and then turn on the "Automatically Set" again. Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time on the device matches your local time. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
