Bootloop on the Boox Go 10.3 (Firmware 4.1.1)

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a persistent bootloop on their Boox Go 10.3 and whether you found a fix?

Mine suddenly stopped working — it powers on, begins loading, and then restarts indefinitely. Oddly, the last time I used it the OTA checker told me my software was fully up to date. I've since tried a full Wipe Data / Factory Reset via Android Recovery but the bootloop continues.

Device details:
- Model: Onyx/Go103/Go103
- Firmware: 4.1.1-rel_1224_16d194534/8733

I've contacted Boox support but wanted to see if anyone in the community has been through this and found a solution — particularly whether flashing newer firmware (4.2) resolved it.

Any experiences or advice welcome!
