    We are sorry that the google account for work or education is currently not supported. Please use a personal Google account to activate google play on your device.

    Also, the process for activating google play would take about 1-48 hours. Please kindly wait for google to activate the service. If you are still unable to use google play after 48 hours, please visit the link below for further solutions.

    Or you could submit Feedback via "Settings > Feedback > +" on your device asap. Kindly write down "After clear storage, google play is still not certified". Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that our technical team can better analyze and diagnose the exact problem.
