Stylus calibration slightly offset when I use the Smart Cover
Hi, I have an Onyx Boox Nova Air C. The stylus calibration works perfectly fine and is quite accurate. Now I bought the Smart Cover because the device bobs and slides too much without it and I find the buttons quite useful for reading.
As soon as I use the Smart Cover, I notice a stylus shift in the upper right corner, which I cannot correct with a new calibration. The about 1mm wide offset is noticeable about 2-3cm from the top and 1cm from the right side.
In the help I could only find the hint that you should look without cover, whether the problem then also exists: It does not. But what is the solution now? Guess that will be a basic problem due to the magnet, right? Can not be corrected somehow via software when the Smart Cover is detected?

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.
This issue is caused due to the stylus being disturbed by the magnetic field of the case. We are afraid that it cannot be corrected via software.
However, you don't need to fully remove the case and you could just separate the case and the device for a little bit like the picture below:

I am a little surprised that this should not work. The magnetic field is clearly visible and should always be in the same place. Correcting the position by a factor of x shouldn't be any different than calibrating the stylus.
I drew some straight lines with a ruler and could also determine a distortion at the lower edge, which goes exactly in the other direction. But the lines are clearly distorted and should be able to be corrected in the same way.

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.
In this case, please get to "Settings" > "Calibration" > "Reset".
After clicking "Reset", there is no need to calibrate the stylus. And then, please try again if the problem still exists. Many thanks for your time and understanding.

Unfortunately, this makes no difference :-( Only the basic shift is added.
I also intentionally missed the upper right point by a few millimeters during calibration. The line can be corrected by this, but then only in the affected corner. Towards the center, the line then moves outward. I guess a correction would be quite feasible on the software side.
