Note air firmware 3.2.2 move note does not show subfolders. Recycle bin files hidden
Hi since last firmware update " move " option in notes do not shows subfolders due to interface issue I need to expand some folder above to hopefully see other subfolders.
Recycle bin do not show a lot of files. The only way to see them is to do a search.... Like this is useless. Newest deleted files are almost all hidden.
Every day a new bug. Please fix

The subfolders are under the main folder, you may need to click on the down arrow to display the subfolder.
We have informed our tech about the issue with the recycle bin, and this will be fixed in the next updates.

I am sorry to say that even when the down arrow shows 3 subfolderes only the first one can be choosen. The others are still hidden. SO PLEASE, FIX IT

Yes the interface layout always hide some folders. I answered to the mail with photo example. I need to expand all folders and hope to see the one that I need is frustrating and time consuming. Please do more tests before release firmware. Every time there are a lot of new issues and bugs. Fix it soon please it was a great device and is becoming not so good

I Ve send the video in the feedback.
I cannot waste all this time reporting bugs and testing issues. I bought a device that had no problems at all. now almost everyday I have one.
Is there any refound for this waste of time ?

Any release date ? Plus or minus ? One week ? A month ? A year ?
If all those problems will not fixed soon I m forced to move to other divece. I use it on daily basis for work I need a stable and predictable system and I m sure that I m not the only one0 -

In my opinion there is first of all a very good service from Booxshop Service. Even if it should be a matter of course to at least respond to enquiries, unfortunately it is no longer the case these days. So thank you for now. I also agree with Alessandro that I, too, bought a very well-functioning device that is now repeatedly faulty. So I too ask for an update as soon as possible.

Hi, I was not asking for an exact date.
This is not the only issue that new firmware introduce for me is becoming hard to use the device. I need to now a rought estimated time. If you do not solve the problems any refund or simply I need to buy an other device ? Obviously not from boox

Hello Booxshop Service, when do you expect the new update? I can imagine that you concentrate right know on your new boox Note Air 2 plus. But do not forget us, because if so, I am with Alessandro. Three weeks ago we have discussed the issue. So what do you think? I am sure that a lot if other user do not write. They just change the device.....

They simply stop answer me in the feedback of my device. For this and for other issues.
For me is also impossible to clean up server space and is not clear if the servers are linked together US an Eur. They said no at the beginning and yes later...
Nothing more to say if even the support is getting worst. Was one of your best thing the great support ....

I have the same issue with my Note Air on the latest Firmware. A quick fix would be highly appreciated!
