Poke 1 - Recovery Mode with no command

Hello team,

My Poke 1 is in boot loop after I installed the Developer Tools app and clicked on Simulate screen density (or something like that). I tried to enter Recovery Mode by clicking and holding Home button and then plugging in charger and release Home button. After that, a screen with an Android with text NO COMMAND appears. I do not know what to do next to factory reset my Poke.

Could you pls help?

  Hi,

  For anyone got the same issue. Here is how i factory reset my Poke 1. My Poke use Rockchip so we could not use normal adb command to unlock fastboot

  Here is the command I used:

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb devices
  List of devices attached
  0123456789ABCDEF        device

  
  C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb reboot fastboot

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot oem unlock
  ...
  OKAY [  0.000s]
  finished. total time: 0.001s

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot oem unlock_accept
  ...
  OKAY [  0.004s]
  finished. total time: 0.006s

  Please remember that you have to copy and past the command fastboot oem unlock_accept immediately after the command fastboot oem unlock.

  Then pls wait until your device reset and erase data. Done!
