    In this case, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​

    Thank you for your help this far.

    I sent the feedback a week ago and still have not recieved any reply. Hope i will get a reply soon and that the document can be saved somehow.

    We notice that the firmware version of your device is still v3.1 which is not the latest version. In this case, please update the firmware to version v3.2.2 and see if the problem persisted.

    Hi,

    I updated the device. Hopefully, this will not happend again now. But the pdf that was botched is still botched, and i do not see how i can get back my annotations and scribbles to the way they were before.
