Not seeing option to update to Firmware 9 for Mira pro

    In this case, we suggest submitting a request via the link below:

    https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Please also send us the Mac address of your Mira Software while submitting a request. After that, we will inform our tech team to send you the firmware update. To find the Mac address of Mira Software, please follow the steps below:
     
    1) Please connect your Mira Pro to your computer first.
     
    2) Please open the Mira Software and click "General" > "Export configuration". After that, you should get a settings.json file on your computer
     
    3) Please right-click the settings.jon and open it by Notepad.


    4) After that, please copy the client_id and send it to us.

    Dear Onyx,

    I hope you are well. Has there been an update to the situation? I do not mind if there are bugs in the firmware, being able to update the firmware would be extremely helpful for my use case.

    As suggested by Onyx, I used the feedback button on the Mira software to notify the tech team. I also checked the box in the submission form to be included in the beta testing. Onyx very promptly sent the beta firmware update version 10 through the software. I installed it and it is an excellent experience, everything is functioning well for my use case, and screen clarity is super. I am a very happy customer.

    how do we get this? I just received the mira pro and it is absolutely terrible.

    Hello Onyx,
    unfortunately I have the same problem; I only see firmware versions 6 and 8. I sent you a request through the feedback button a week ago, then one five days ago with the email associated to this account (on another computer). Could you please push the latest version?
