Poke 2 Color Issues: Can't update firmware locally and automatic clock is not working

Hi,

I have a poke 2 color and the firmware that is currently running on it is:

2021_02_06_16-39_mc_fe0b4a4

I have 3 issues:

1. I can't update the firmware locally as it doesn't recognize there is an update even when I place the update file in it. (I have clicked check for updates even after the fact).

2. I cant send feedback, the feedback doesn't submit and fails.

3.I am getting network errors because the clock doesn't work. When I open up websites I am prompted to fix the time for the security certificate. So that maybe why the feedback doesn't work either. Even if I manually set the time correctly it still doesn't work.

What I have tried, I have tried factory resetting this and it still didnt fix it. So I tried again, still didnt fix it. I also then tried to manually update it and I still cant and the clock still doesnt work.
