PDF annotations not fully working
Ok - I have checked all the community posts to make sure someone hasn't had a similar problem already... but this seems unique.
I want to annotate PDFs and then access them on my laptop. This is the main function that attracted me to the Boox (I have note Air 1). I have synced my OneDrive and created a folder there...
I was able to open the PDF and annotate it directly with handwritten notes, highlighting and inserted comments. Fab. However, when I accessed this on my laptop, only 1/2 the annotations were showing - it just stopped after page 3.
I've tried saving it locally to the Boox and transferring it. No good. I've tried duplicated the file and giving it a new name, but that version is still no good. The annotations I made are still visible on the Boox just not on the PDF once it is accessed elsewhere.
Please help!
UPDATE: having tried several things, my annotations have now entirely disappeared from p3 onwards, including on the Boox. So it means I have to do all my work again.

In this case, please check if the firmware version of your device is the latest. If not, please update the firmware. You could check it in the "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update"
If the firmware is already the latest but the problem persisted. We suggest submitting feedback on "Settings" > "Feedback". Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.

Gosh - that was quick. Indeed, there's a firmware update to run so I'm doing that now. Will report back later!
