how do I search text in Local Notes on Send2Boox? Works on device, doesn't work on cloud via PC

Hello I am able to search my handwritten notes for text on my Boox device but when I search using the Please enter search (see below above the folder called Business Development) box it doesn't find any results. Thank you for any ideas.

  Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  The reason that it is possible to locate the notepad by searching with the handwritten notes on the BOOX device but not on the website, is that the BOOX device has the AI recognition feature but the push website does not have this feature. 

  However, We have informed our tech team about this feature and we will do our best to improve our website.

  Thank you for the information. It would be a huge help if your team can build the AI feature into the website. 

  It would also be very helpful if the search on the website can find the names of individual documents (not handwritten names) - right now the search is only useful to identify folder names - it will not pick up the names of individual documents sitting inside the folders.
