    In this case, please charge the device and hold the power button at the same time. And then, please check whether there is a light that indicates on the power button.

    If no light indicates, it mostly is the hardware issue. Please contact our customer service at the link here and please provide a video to show this issue. Our team will help you to arrange a repair for your device. 

    If there is a light indicated, please try to into recovery mode and reboot the device in the recovery mode. To reboot the device in recovery mode, please try the steps in the video here.
