Note Air2 Plus Data Recovery
A week ago, my tablet started cycling thru blank screen, then ONYX trademark then 'plug in to charge' image. Assuming I will have to either hard reset on NA2+ or return it for new, are my notes located somewhere in the cloud so that I mat retrieve them after reset or replacement?

In this case, please charge the device and hold the power button at the same time. And then, please check whether there is a light that indicates on the power button.
If no light indicates, it mostly is the hardware issue. Please contact our customer service at the link here and please provide a video to show this issue. Our team will help you to arrange a repair for your device.
If there is a light indicated, please try to into recovery mode and reboot the device in the recovery mode. To reboot the device in recovery mode, please try the steps in the video here.
