Note Air 2 Screens turns grayish in direct sunlight. (Grayish spots) | Firmware 3.2.4
Hey, my device gets grayish when I read and write down notes on it in the sun. Is there any way to prevent this without disabling the pen?
I actually bought the device primarily for this purpose, because my desk gets direct sunlight and I would also like to annotate lecture slides in the garden with the device. Under the circumstances, however, this is not really possible.

When I refresh it is gone for a short time but reappears within 10 seconds and then gets stronger and stronger.
On the image it was exposed to sunlight for 1 minute
On this image it is like it is after a refresh:

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.
E-Ink particles are not very stable in sunlight. When constantly refreshing, the particles will turn black in strong sunlight. This can be eliminated by setting a full refresh.
If you're using neoreader to read books, you can go to "Refresh" to change the settings to auto-refresh the page.

Many thanks for your time and understanding.
