    Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regarding the first and second issues, we appreciate it if you could submit feedback on your device when the problem persisted. It would be helpful for our tech team to address the issue.

    For the third question, it is normal as the new navigation bar will call out when swiping up from the bottom of the screen. To prevent the navigation bar show up, you could disable the touch feature in the notepad by clicking the hand icon.

    OK I have submitted items 1 and 2. via the feedback app on the device.  Look forward to hearing when these items will be addressed.
